Q: What happens after I fill out the contact/booking form? 📝

A: Once your form is in, we’ll be on the ball! 🏀 We’ll reach out to sort out the deposit and lock in your event date. On the day, before the inflatable fun goes up, we’ll collect the final payment. We're here to make things smooth sailing! 🌊

Q: How do I reserve my date? 📅 A: To book your event, shoot us a message with your chosen date. We’ll get in touch to arrange a deposit via Zelle or another payment method. Your date will be locked in once we receive your deposit. Remember, the date isn't secured until the deposit has been made! The deposit will be $50 dollars.

Q: What if it rains on the date of my event?

A: No worries about cloudy skies! We’ll keep an eye on the weather. If rain decides to join your event, we’ll work with you to pick a new sunny day. Your deposit will be credited to any day of your choosing the two weeks after your previous event date. If no date can be found, client will lose non-refundable deposit.


Q: What if I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances? 🚫

A: We get that sometimes plans change! If you cancel more than 2 weeks out, we’ll return your deposit. But if it's within 2 weeks of the event, the deposit is non-refundable because it's super close to the party time.
